Kippera — SMS / Messaging Program Terms

Effective date: 2026-06-28 Entity: Kippera LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Kippera," "we," "us," "our")

This page describes Kippera's text-messaging (SMS) program and how end users consent to receive messages. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Program description

Kippera provides an AI-powered communications platform that answers calls, texts, and web chat for small businesses, books appointments, and sends follow-up communications on each business's behalf. Text messages sent through this program fall into these categories:

Messages are sent by the individual business you contacted, and — for Kippera's own support and account notifications — by Kippera LLC.

2. How you opt in (consent)

2.1 Service and transactional messages

You opt in to service messages when you contact a business that uses Kippera — by calling, texting, starting a web chat, or submitting that business's booking request form — and provide your mobile number. Providing your number to book or request service constitutes consent to receive confirmations, reminders, and service follow-ups related to that interaction. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

2.2 Promotional messages

Promotional/marketing texts are sent only if you separately opt in by checking the optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent box on the business's public booking page. That box appears exactly as shown below:

I agree to receive occasional service reminders, promotions, and updates from [Business Name] by SMS. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out anytime.

The box is never pre-checked, and leaving it unchecked does not prevent you from booking. Promotional consent is separate from service-message consent.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with the business — typically up to about 6 messages per month.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Kippera and the participating business do not charge you for messages.

5. Opt-out and help

6. No sharing of mobile data for marketing

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging-consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that help deliver messages (such as our messaging carrier) process this data solely to deliver the program on our behalf under contract and may not use mobile opt-in data for their own marketing. See Privacy Policy, Section 6 for the full disclosure.

7. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
